Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 8 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Stamped platform. By registering an account, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before using Stamped.

1. About Stamped

Stamped is a two-sided shift marketplace operated by Davina Imadiyi. Stamped connects businesses that need short-notice shift cover with workers seeking flexible opportunities.

Stamped is a technology platform only. We are not an employment agency, a staffing business, or an employer. We do not employ the workers on our platform. Stamped facilitates introductions and handles payment processing; it does not direct, supervise, or control the work performed.

2. Eligibility

To register as a worker on Stamped, you must:

To register as a business on Stamped, you must:

Stamped reserves the right to refuse or revoke registration at its sole discretion.

3. Worker Classification

Workers on Stamped are independent contractors unless otherwise required by applicable law. They are not employees of Stamped. Nothing in these terms is intended to create an employment relationship, worker status, or agency relationship between Stamped and any worker.

Workers are responsible for their own tax obligations, including reporting income to HMRC where required. Stamped does not deduct income tax or National Insurance contributions on behalf of workers unless required by law.

4. Right to Work

Businesses are responsible for verifying that any worker they engage has the right to work in the UK before a shift commences. Stamped may facilitate the sharing of right to work documentation but does not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. Stamped accepts no liability for any breach of right to work legislation by a business or worker.

5. Commission and Fees

Stamped may charge businesses a commission of between 15% and 25% on each completed shift booking. The applicable rate will be displayed clearly at the time of booking.

Stamped is free for workers. Workers receive their agreed shift rate in full, with no deductions by Stamped beyond applicable taxes or deductions required by law.

Stamped reserves the right to amend its commission structure. Notice of any material changes will be provided to affected users in advance.

6. Payments

Payments on Stamped may be processed by Stripe via Stripe Connect. By using Stamped, you may also be required to agree to Stripe’s terms of service.

Businesses are charged at the time of booking confirmation or as otherwise stated in the app. Workers receive payment within the timescale specified in the app following shift completion, subject to any dispute resolution process.

Stamped is not responsible for payment delays caused by Stripe, banking systems, or incorrect account details provided by users.

7. No Show Deposits

To protect businesses from last-minute no shows, Stamped may operate a deposit system for certain shifts. A deposit hold may be placed on a worker’s payment method at the time of booking. If a worker fails to attend a confirmed shift without cancelling within the required notice period, the deposit may be forfeited. Full details of the deposit policy will be set out in the app.

8. Cancellation Policy

Workers may cancel a confirmed shift up to the minimum notice period specified in the booking. Late cancellations or no shows without notice may result in deposit forfeiture and a strike being applied to the worker’s account.

Businesses may cancel a confirmed shift in accordance with the cancellation policy displayed in the app. Stamped reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee to businesses where cancellation occurs within a short window of the shift start time.

9. Three Strike Policy

Stamped may operate a three-strike policy for workers. Strikes may be issued for:

Upon receiving three strikes, a worker’s account may be suspended. Stamped may, at its discretion, permanently remove a worker from the platform. Strikes may be disputed via the in-app dispute process.

10. Ratings and Reviews

Both workers and businesses may leave ratings and reviews following a completed shift. Ratings form part of a worker’s Work Passport profile. Stamped reserves the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these terms. Disputes regarding ratings may be submitted through the in-app dispute resolution process.

11. Work Passport

The Work Passport is Stamped’s reputation and credential system. Tier progression, including Rising, Established, Expert and Elite, may be determined by Stamped based on shift completion history, ratings, reviews and verified credentials. Stamped reserves the right to adjust tier criteria and worker tier status at any time. Workers may share their Work Passport externally via their Stamped profile link where this feature is available.

12. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Stamped platform, including the Work Passport system, branding, and software, belongs to Stamped or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Changes to These Terms

Stamped reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notification where appropriate. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
